SBH three-dimensional mixer is a machine that uses mechanical force and gravity to evenly mix two or more materials. The degree of mixing is divided into ideal mixing, random mixing and completely incompatible three states. The mixing of various materials in the mixer depends on the material mix, physical condition and characteristics, and the mixing machine and mixing operation time limit. The SBH three-dimensional mixer requires all mixing to be evenly distributed during mixing. The liquid mixture is mainly composed of a mechanical stirrer, an air flow and a liquid jet, and the mixed material is mixed and stirred uniformly. Stirring causes a portion of the flowing liquid, the liquid to flow, and the surrounding liquid. Three-dimensional motion mixer operation process:
1. Start the main motor of the mixer and observe the smoothness of the movement of the cylinder.
2. Start the Run button and adjust the mixing time following the time. If no time control is required, the knob below the time relay will move to the continuous state.
3. Set the mixing time as required and start the operation switch.
4. The person standing in front of the cylinder rotates clockwise in the frontal spindle, avoiding the direction of operation.
5. After the mixing time is reached, turn off the power-on control button and prepare to discharge the material. If the position of the material outlet is not ideal, you can press the operating program again to turn it on so that the discharge port is adjusted to a better position.
