Structure principle
The SHJ double-screw cone mixer makes the powder move circularly along the cone wall due to the revolution of the double helix. The rotation of the helical blade of the SHJ double-screw cone mixer causes the powder to discharge radially toward the center of the cone. The powder is discharged from the cone toward the upflow and spiral outer circumferential surface, that is, the direction of the spiral axis. The combination of the rotation and rotation of the screw of the SHJ twin-screw conical mixer in the mixer resulted in the four flow forms of the powder, namely, convection, shearing, diffusion and infiltration. Therefore, the powder material can quickly and uniformly mix in such a mixer.
working principle
SHJ double-screw conical mixer produces the compound motion in the cone by the spiral's male and female rotation movements. It mainly produces four kinds of movement forms:
(1) The spiral orbits along the wall to make the material move circularly along the cone wall;
(2) spiral rotation so that the material rises from the bottom of the cone along the spiral;
(3) The spiral's combination of male and female rotation causes a part of the material to be in the cylindrical surface of the spiral, and at the same time is subjected to the centrifugal force of the spiral rotation so that a part of the material in the cylindrical surface of the spiral is discharged radially to the cone;
(4) The rising material is reduced by its own gravity. The four kinds of motion produce convection, shearing, and diffusion in the mixer, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid and uniform mixing.
