working principle
The WFJ-20 ultrafine crusher feeds material into the crushing chamber between the machine body and the deflector through the screw feeder of the feeding port, and is impacted by the blades rotating at a high speed in the crushing chamber, so that the materials are thrown and fixed on the body. The ring gear causes impact, shearing, and material and blade, ring gear collision, friction, shear alternately smash. After the crushed material, under the action of the pulling force of the negative pressure air flow, the small particles overcome their own weight, and follow the air flow over the diversion ring and enter the classifying chamber. The classifying impeller is composed of blades. The blades rotating at high speed produce centrifugal force opposite to that of negative pressure. The particles sinking into the blade are simultaneously subjected to the centripetal force of the negative pressure airflow, the weight of the powder and the centrifugal force generated by the impeller, and the diameter of the powder is greater than the critical diameter. The particles of (classified particle size) are thrown back into the crushing chamber for continued crushing due to their large mass, and particles smaller than the critical diameter are discharged into the cyclone collector through the discharge valve through the discharge tube. The higher the rotational speed of the classification impeller, the finer the grading particles, and the adjustment of the rotation of the grading impeller is the determining factor for controlling the particle size.
maintenance
1. During the production process, the temperature rise of the bearing must be checked frequently. When the temperature rise exceeds 50°C, the machine should be shut down for inspection, the cause must be checked, and the fault should be eliminated.
2. When the new machine is in operation, the drive belt is easy to grow long. It is necessary to adjust the proper board tightness of the belt to ensure the working life of the belt.
3, wearing parts should always check and replace in time to ensure production.
4, the blade, liner should always check the wear and tear, such as wear, productivity, particle size becomes coarse, found immediately after the wear and tear.
5, the host and grading are grease lubrication, using 2 # white special grease (Q/SY-5-79), penetration 265-295.
6, the bearing of the fat replacement period of 2000 hours, the filling of the grease for the bearing cavity space (upper side) or 3/4 (lower side) must not be too much filled with grease, otherwise it will cause the bearing temperature is too high.
7. The screw feeder lubricates the bearing without adding grease, but it should be cleaned regularly.
