working principle

The 500-mesh tea ultrafine pulverizer is fed into the screw feeder of the feeding port and feeds the material into the crushing chamber between the machine body and the diversion ring. In the crushing room, it is impacted by a blade rotating at a high speed so that the material is thrown onto the body. Ring gear, causing impact, shear, and material and blade, ring gear collision, friction, shear alternately smash. After the crushed material, under the action of the pulling force of the negative pressure air flow, the small particles overcome their own weight, and follow the air flow over the diversion ring and enter the classifying chamber. The classifying impeller is composed of blades. The blades rotating at high speed produce centrifugal force opposite to that of negative pressure. The particles sinking into the blade are simultaneously subjected to the centripetal force of the negative pressure airflow, the weight of the powder and the centrifugal force generated by the impeller, and the diameter of the powder is greater than the critical diameter. The particles of (classified particle size) are thrown back into the crushing chamber for continued crushing due to their large mass, and particles smaller than the critical diameter are discharged into the cyclone collector through the discharge valve through the discharge tube. The higher the rotational speed of the classification impeller, the finer the grading particles, and the adjustment of the rotation of the grading impeller is the determining factor for controlling the particle size.
