working principle:

The sesame-on-roll mill material enters the rolling zone from the hopper, and is crushed by multiple presses between the press roller and the press roller. Different sizing fineness can be obtained by adjusting the distance between the two rollers. The sesame roll mill has the advantages of convenient operation, low noise, high output, etc. It is the best equipment for brittle crushing of primary brittle materials in oily materials.

1. Before use, check whether all fasteners of the machine are tightened.
2. The spindle running direction must conform to the direction of the arrow on the protective cover, otherwise it will damage the machine and may cause personal injury.
3, check the electrical integrity.
4, check the machine crush room with no metal or other hard debris, otherwise it will destroy the tool, affecting the machine operation.
5, the material must be checked before smashing purity, do not allow metal mixed with hard debris, so as not to damage the tool or cause combustion and other accidents.
6. The oil cup on the machine should always be filled with lubricating oil to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
7. Stop feeding before shutting down. If you do not continue to use it, remove the leftovers from the machine.
8. Periodically inspect the tool for damage. If any, replace it immediately.
9. When using the machine body, there will be slight vibration. The handle of the cover must be tightened to avoid accidents.

Sesame mill note

1 Universal crusher in the external power supply should be installed according to the power of the appropriate circuit breaker, the purpose is to overload the machine, the current is too large, automatically cut off the power to protect the motor!
2 The machine is guaranteed to be attended by a person at work.
3 The crushed material particles should not be too large. In case of boring machine, the power should be cut off immediately.
4 If the crushed particles are too large, they should be crushed by the universal crusher and then crushed by the machine.
